The act of admitting the candidates is to provide an entrance with opportunities to an individual for his/her all round development with exploration of new world to develop new experiences, creativity, enthusiasm and inherent physical, intellectual and physical talents with keeping in our mind the vision mission of our institution. Our institution always welcomes the candidates to get oppurtunities irrespective of region and religion. In this process we include parents, admission committee, management and candidate seeking admission.

Formal procedures of our institution include the admission processes as follows

1.Providing chance to apply for the vacancy.
2.Collection of duly filled forms within a stipulated time.
3.Personal interview: Analysis of the all round capabilities of the candidate including his/her authenticated certificates such as birth, leaving, transfer and all other required certificates.
4.Discussion regarding the abilities of the candidate with the parents/guardian.
5.Selection of the candidates eligible by the admission department based on the assessment of the child conducted through entrance test while admitting the child.
6.Declaring the Final List of candidates selected after discussion with the principal, management and admission committee.
7.Final decisions are made by the principal.
8.Enrolling the candidate by collecting fees.

Supporting documents to complete the admission process:

o Photocopy of the Birth Certificate.
o Original Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
o Conduct Certificate from the school last attended.
o Photocopy of the scholastic achievement records from the school last attended confirming successful completion of the preceding class.
o Fees and Guidelines:

The candidate/student already selected for enrollment or seeking re-admission is offered with reasonable and all the possible concessions in order to facilitate maximum benefits. However, the fee structure is not fixed for all the academic years but is finalized as per the economical statistics and current economic status prescribed by the society. The school provides offers payment of fees of an academic year in two installments in order to make parents feel comfort and convenient according to their economic status in the society. The fee structure of an academic year includes most competitive, suitable and convenient charges under the following titles.

o Medical exam fees.

The parents are made to submit their fees through the challans at the syndicate bank for the most convenient transactions.

The candidate seeking the admission for the above mentioned classes should-

o Provide the Birth Certificate showing minimum age as prescribed below:

The application forms for the pre-primary are issued at the office of the institution during the month of January of each academic year. From Grade I to VIII the forms will be issued during the month of April. The duly filled application form of new and those who are seeking the re-admission are collected within the stipulated time and are processed. The admission procedure and process gets completed and terminated by third week of April.
